2019 Player Registration

Current registration status of the different divisions is below:

This online registration will ask you to complete player and contact information, sign consents, and submit payment.  Please read through each page carefully to ensure all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.

Peanuts / T-Ball (League Age 4-6)

$175 Standard Registration (register on or before 01/25/19)

$225 Late Registration (register by 2/16)

Single-A, AA, AAA, Majors (League Age 7-12):

$200 Early Bird Special (register on or before 12/16/19)

$225 Standard Registration (register from 12/17/18 – 01/06/19)

$275 Late Registration (register between 01/07/19 – 01/16/19)


50/70 and Juniors (League Age 13-14)

$200 Standard Registration (register on or before 01/06/19)

$250 Late Registration (register between 01/06/19 – 01/16/19)



$225 Standard Registration (register on or before 12/16/18)

$275 Late Registration (register after 12/16/18)

Family Maximum Discount

If you are registering 3 or more players in your family this season, the registration cost will be set at a maximum of $500.  In order for the registration system to recognize that your family is registering multiple players, please register all of your players at this time.  On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" -- please click on this link to ensure that all of your family's players are registered within the same order. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of your family's discounted rates.


Refunds of fees may be made upon the request of the player’s parent or guardian to the Board of Directors in writing. Requests submitted by e-mail to the Treasurer will be considered to be an acceptable method. Treasurer must contact the requester by phone or by responding with an email acknowledgement of the refund request within 48 hours of receiving the request.

Refunds will adhere to the following:

  1. A refund request received before the first Skills Evaluation Day (tryouts) will receive 100% refund, minus the online transaction fee.
  2. A refund request received after the first Skills Evaluation Day (tryouts), but before team formation will receive 75% refund, minus the online transaction fee.
  3. A refund request received after the team formation will not receive a refund, except for an injury or move that would cause a child to miss more than half of the season's scheduled games.  Fees refunded will be determined by our Board of Directors based on the timing of your request.
  4. All refunds must be approved by the Board of Directors. Appeals may be brought to the Board of Directors for consideration at the next regularly scheduled Board meeting and within 30 days of the decision, by contacting the League Secretary.
